I couldn't reply to you personnaly as ...Hi Lilo<br />I couldn't reply to you personnaly as you are a "no-reply" blogger.<br />I just use commercial jam jars when I cook up a batch - they have a rubber seal on the inside of the screw top and a little "pop top" in the middle of the lid.
