Two more Christmas ABCs

Drum roll please – I have two more Christmas ABCs to show you.  Although to be completely honest, the first one had been stitched and forgotten about, so I really only have one little block finished over Christmas.  So here are “R is for Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer” followed by “S is for Santa and his Sack”.

Two more Christmas ABC blocks finished

Christmas has now been put away in our house, and in the caravan.  The lights have been taken down, the ornaments carefully wrapped up and put away, and all placed in the plastic crates which have been cluttering up the spare room (my sewing room) for ages.  Sitting there waiting for DH to carry them up our pull down ladder in the garage up to the loft.

Christmas is packed away

One Christmas item is still out – my Christmas quilt is still over the back of the couch.  Might just leave it there for a little longer.

I love those stitcheries, Jenny. It seems a bit sad to pack away all the pretty Christmas decorations - it's much more fun to bring them all out.

I love your Rudolph! He's cute as a button. I like how you "packed Christmas away". I have a Christmas bunting that was given to me a few years back and never gets packed away, still hanging down the walls!

I too would leave out that gorgeous quilt to enjoy longer, Jenny. Christmas is mostly packed away here too. And isn't it great when you find more finished than you'd thought. That just happened to me when I opened up my Strawberry Fields piece that I put away before the holidays. Snowing heavily as I write this to you so enjoy your warmth and blooms!

At this rate you just may have an alphabet before next Christmas. Doesn't the house look bare once Christmas is packed away. We had people here for New Year, so most were packed before then.

Love those Christmas ABC stitcheries!

And I can see why you want to keep your Christmas quilt out a while longer. It's gorgeous!

Thanks so much for linking up to last week's Stitchery Link Party. Aloha hugs!
